Safely hidden in The Citizen Hotel is a rather scandalous work of art by Sacramento native Mel Ramos, one of the city’s most celebrated artists. Known best for his comic-book heroes and commercially inspired nudes, Ramos is celebrating 50 years of art this summer at the Crocker Art Museum. To commemorate the occasion, we’ve created a package to please both art fanatics and foodies alike—if you’re up to the challenge. If you can find the Ramos artwork in The Citizen Hotel, we’ll buy you and a friend dinner in Grange. Hint: you might encounter a scandal along the way, and ladies might need some extra help finding it.
